FXR's data handling, security and privacy principles
Below you can read an outline of how we handle your data and ensure security of these data:
- When processing personal data, we strictly adhere to the rules laid out by the GDPR and other privacy laws and regulations;
- When processing personal data, we use encrypted file transfer as much as possible;
- When processing your data, such as your royalty statements, and other personal or financial data, these data will not be shared with third parties;

- For the MusicAIRE research project, an anonymised dataset will be created in order to research and compare how royalty data is being handled by different EU collecting societies. The results thereof will be published in a white paper, in which no details about the users or participants will be shared;
- FXR can use customer data to improve it's products and services. This happens in such a way that it cannot be traced back to actual persons, companies, songs, etc.
